American Legion Auxiliary
Mission Training
A "How To" workshop for energizing members at every level to deliver our mission

Honor Their Service it's what American Legion Auxiliary members have done for more than 90 years. Our mission of service has remained steadfast; our programs have evolved. To meet the needs often requested by our grassroots members, the American Legion Auxiliary has created a new mission-focused grassroots training program on how to improve the ALAs effectiveness.

The purpose of Mission Training is to help members better understand how to serve our mission and simplify the way the ALA operates at every level so that more members feel welcomed and included. In this two-day workshop, members will learn simplified ways to put the ALAs outreach programs in action, plus ask questions, voice concerns, and interact with national leaders.

The structure will include two days of interactive presentations by each of the ALAs new "pods," a simplified way any Auxiliary unit with limited resources can work programs Effectively.
